Mobile Data Top up or Activating a SIM for Data.
Before to reload money for Mobile Data plan, top up your caller account with enough money and then ONLY top up Data Plan.
Also if a SIM is not activated, don't try to put Data money in it to work. First activate the SIM card. Then Re-Load or top up the calling account. Then only you can recharge for the Data account.
