Mobile Data Top up or Activating a SIM for Data.
Before to reload money for Mobile Data plan, top up your caller account with enough money and then ONLY top up Data Plan.
Also if a SIM is not activated, don't try to put Data money in it to work. First activate the SIM card. Then Re-Load or top up the calling account. Then only you can recharge for the Data account.

If the account had been disactivated then go to Dialog office and ask them to activate the number.
If the SIM card mobile phone number is not allocated to another person, they can activate it for you.
Once it is activated, reload Rs 100/- to the account and then reload Rs 49/- for the data plan.
