ADSL not connecting.

If your home or office ADSL (Broadband) connection is not working,

If everything seems to be ok, then the trouble may be from the administrator.

So it is time to contact the SLT complaint sector.
Ask from them whether you have reaming data for usage for the current month. If it had passed the set limit, then you will get slow speed connection only. Or ask them if there is any connection interruption or outage.

Keep your SLT user name and password.

Call SLT hotline 1212.

Follow the langue selection as per your wish.

Make your complaint. (Some time you have to wait 5 - 10 minutes as the service agents may be busy) You will get an SMS message from them with the complaint number.

They will assist you over the phone or will send a technician to your home/office to rectify the problem.

If there is any delay in their service, you can call them back with the complaint number.

If you are an IT skilled person use the following to check whether using the following IP address.

Control Panel > Network connection > Properties > high light Internet Protocol > Use the following IP address

Your ADSL connection is normally comes with a fair usage policy.
Due to this you may get slow connectivity if you had used too much of bandwidth from your account.

If you feel slow connectivity in your ADSL connection does the following fist to see whether any unknown cookie is doing the harm.

This may help you to speed up your connection speed.
